Refund policy
If you are not happy with your Fungeyes glasses, we have a 30-day return policy. Feel free to take the glasses out and use them outside while hiking and walking. We encourage you to use Fungeyes in all conditions for maximum effectiveness. If you are not completely satisfied with our product once you have tested the glasses then you are welcome to return them.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@fungeyes.com. Let us know your order number or the full name associated with the order. We will give you instructions at that time.

Damages and issues
After receiving your order, please inspect your glasses or lenses for any issues. Contact us immediately if your glasses or lenses are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange Fungeyes for a different product provided the glasses have not been worn. Email us at support@Fungeyes.com to initiate the exchange process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. At that time, we will process the refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for your credit card provider to refund your payment.
